I was born in Istanbul in 1975. After graduating from Geological engineering at Istanbul Technical University, I immediately started work in professional business life. I worked with several national and multinational companies in various sectors that are leaders in their fields. I did MBA at Yeditepe University while I was working as professionally. I have worked in sales, business development, marketing and management units.

In my 20 years of professional business life, I have established relationships with many people at different levels - junior, senior and executive - and also many people; either touched my life or I touched their lives. Within this time, I sometimes experienced quite complex and challenging relationships as well. I have seen relationships accompanying the processes by which problems are solved… I became a coachee at that part of life and I've seen that the solution of many problems is actually relationships and communication. And I witnessed that the solution was inside the person that is at the center of these relationships. I know that those who are part of the solution and set out with their own solution are always successful. What remains is to get people to discover their solutions and help them take action in the light of my experience.

While I was not working full time and working as a consultant, I realised that it was the time to get professionalized. Being a Coach entered my life at this stage. I have completed the Co Active Coaching Programme of CTI. I decided to the direction of personal development, corporate performance and leadership coaching. I attended many courses and certificate programs, but I could not get enough of learning. I am still on the path of learning and searching for knowledge that will never end.
