During the last six years, she was the part of the top management team contributing short, medium- and long-term strategic plans and decision-making processes of the company.
Executed and sponsored several projects such as market research and penetration, CRM, Sales-business development, marketing strategies, sales network effectiveness, management of commercial teams, effective usage of trade marketing budgets, forecast accuracy, product launching, localization of products, buy for resell, supplier improvement and lean applications.
In my professional career, I had the opportunity to work with companies that partner with the companies that I work for. Some were supplying product and services either direct or indirect and distributors with various dynamics and disciplines. I managed the processes for utilizing the resources as much as effective by matching the company vision and strategies with these – mainly - family owned companies.
